Customer Service Representative

Spribo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to address all customer concerns and field inquiries regarding Spribo's online communities, projecting a professional image of the company at all times. This is a full-time position based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience as a webmaster or content manager, managing and supporting Web Sites or online communities working directly with customers.
  • Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, oral and written.
  • Experience working with jQuery, Google Analytics, and social media widgets or plug-ins is highly desired.
  • Knowledge on sale's life cycle process.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for provisioning, configuring, publishing and managing customers' online communities (based on customers' SOWs and execution plans).
  • Work as part of a direct sales force team and communicate with customers over the phone, email or personal correspondence.
  • Identify and address customer needs, assisting customers on the definition of SOW's and project execution plan.
  • Respond to customer issues that require Spribo's platform knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Manage a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Help company attain the highest customer service ratings earned 100% marks in all categories, including communication skills, listening skills, problem resolution and politeness.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to aid on product definition requirements based on customers' feedback.
